Jason is a class A British PGA member, graduating with a Distinction in 2001. Jason also holds a Diploma in sports psychology. Jason completed his PGA training at the exclusive The Wisley Golf Club in the UK and then took up the role Director of Golf. Throughout his time Jason displayed a passion for coaching and developed an extensive list of clients from elite professionals to novice golfers. Jason was instrumental in the creating a state of the art Performance Centre and building a team of coaches regarded as some of the best in Europe.

Jason then took up the role Director of Golf at the world renowned Albany Resort, Bahamas. Throughout his time Jason had a lead position in helping deliver the PGA HERO Tournament, which involved working closely with the PGA Tour and many of the best players in the world.

Jason is also a member of the Club Manager Association Europe.
